The Alston is a fully furnished multi-bedroom residential community offering flexible stay options, with stunning rooftop and panoramic views, in the heart of downtown and steps from shops, dining, and the university.
Originally built in 1909, unit 3 at The Alston is a historic private penthouse residence offering four bedrooms and four full size bathrooms. 2,600 in total square footage makes unit 3 one of the most spacious private residences in all of Tuscaloosa.
With ample amounts of communal and living space, including a dining table for eight and counter seating for an additional five, The Alston is a great place for family and friends to all stay together under the same roof.
This fully furnished residence is equipped with a full kitchen, washer & dryer, beverage refrigerator, bed linens, towels, and plenty of seating for you and your guests to gather together and enjoy everything The Alston and Tuscaloosa has to offer.
Unit 3 is accessible via elevator with exclusive and private access to the fully furnished and equipped residence.
Guests also have access to a shared rooftop community space with panoramic views of downtown and Bryant-Denny stadium. The rooftop space is currently available to guests, but temporarily unfurnished. Our design team is hard at work to make The Alston rooftop a destination gathering place for guests and the city of Tuscaloosa with expected opening in Spring 2025. Please note that the rooftop is occasionally closed for private events and guests will be notified of any closures as applicable.
