Je déconseille fortement, à notre arrivée, la présentation très sommaire, le grand problème étant qu’il n’y avait pas de climatisation alors que l’annonce était très spécifique. J’ai essayé de joindre la plate-forme qui devait résoudre le problème, mais rien n’a été fait, impossible d’avoir des informations. Je jour de notre départ il nous a été demandé bien évidemment de partir à l’heure et en laissant le logement propre, ce qui était bien normal, j’ai alors évoqué le problème et personne n’était au courant… Je regrette sincèrement de laisser un mauvais avis et c’est bien triste, d’autant qu’il y avait un ventilateur qui faisait un bruit infernal, Je vais bien évidemment rester fidèle à hotel.com et j’espère qu’il feront le nécessaire auprès de ce prestataire qui de plus ne soit en anglais soit en italien…
