Always a pleasant stay

Not my first stay here and always a pleasure. Exceptionally clean. Pleasant staff. Good variety at breakfast. Convenient to station and bus routes - short walk to local museums and shops.

Horrible hotel! It's very loud! They turned off the AC because it's below 20⁰c and they expect you to sit in a room with no air moving unless you're willing to fight off the mosquitos and tune out the horrible noise all night! I slept better on the train leaving town than I did at the HORRIBLE excuse for a hotel! Avoid it unless you're desperate! You'd still sleep better on a bench!

The hotel is conveniently close to Torino Porta Nuova station, but is also tucked away enough that it isn't busy. My room was clean and very comfortable with a spacious washroom. All must see tourist attractions are within a comfortable 15 minute walk, and delightful restaurants abound. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, even helping me find a coin laundry. I would definitely book again when I'm in Torino!

Hotel is dated located opposite Turino train station ( 5 mins walking ) Room is simple, clean with a/c But no boiling kettle .Daily decent breakfast.. Nearby walking to shopping mall , cafes and restaurants.Overall value fir money and cosy neighbourhood.

Clean but room 306 toilet too small & poorly aligned so cold not access Wall between room 305 needs sound proofing as could hear the man next door snoring even with earplugs Staff were fantastic when new room requested

Staff very friendly and helpful, location great very close to station. Reception area and breakfast room pleasant. Room was basic and tram line right outside which was fine had we not had to open window as air con not activated by hotel until later in the year. Bathroom was very small but clean as was the room. Awesome staff. Great service, great breakfast, good location. Bathroom has really poor layout or would be 5 stars. Toilet was unusable in standard format.
