Room was located Lon the back side of the property. A female tenant had stray cats that she was feeding and had set out feeding bowls and water, and my family were hesitant about passing the cats. There were males hanging out smoking marijuana near our door. The grassy are where our dog used the bathroom was littered with dog pool as the owners did not pick up after their dogs. Was in town for a personal issue but had to leave unexpectedly, the hotels did not allow or authorize a refund due to the change, no understanding or compassion. Would not stay at this location in the future.

Nice Place!

This was a very clean and up to date hotel. The bed was very comfortable of which we were very glad after a long day's drive! The breakfast choices were hot waffles, toast, bagels, mini muffins, cereal and some fresh fruit. The food area was clean and neat. The staff were pleasant with a speedy check in/out process. We would choose to stay here again if passing this way in the future.

I was a bit scared because of the price for the room, and never stayed at these hotels. First hotel that the pictures actually match. The room was clean and did not had a “enclosed hotel room” smell. Was quiet and relaxing stay. The check-out receptionists was very friendly.

A fine budget option. Friendly staff, and the room was clean. I knocked it down one star just because the air conditioner was pretty noisy, and the room felt very wet, like the air conditioner wasn't filtering out the moisture from the outside. Otherwise, it was a fine room.
