This is our second time to this resort and loved it again. We did have a leak in our room but they fixed right away. I did hear that they are starting renovations in April which will be good since some of it is a little run down. Food is amazing and staff are very friendly.

We had a fabulous time celebrating my 60th with my best friend at Tulum! Erik, Danny, and all the entertainers were so much fun! The food and drinks were great and we paid extra for Hibachi which I highly recommend. Everyone was so happy and very polite. All the workers worked hard to make our experience a memoriable one.
