Dated hotel. Long wait checking in, even heard a story of someone jumping to their death in the lobby. Room ok. Very loud AC every time it clicked on. Pool needs some upkeep - not enough towels, ants everywhere, cracks around the pool - just shabby. Housekeeping knocking at 8:20 am, only stayed one night, so totally unnecessary. Quick stay, thankfully.

We planned a spontaneous trip to Tucson. Hilton East had a room available so we booked it. We love staying at the Hilton because it's location is close to shopping and family.

Room was very noisy… housekeeper woke us up at 8am knocking on all the doors in our hallway. It was a holiday weekend I can tell you most people were not even awake or planning on waking up at that time. So much for a do not disturb sign.
