The location is nice and condo is clean, our stay was unfortunate. We arrived at our location expecting to check in on time (with perishable groceries), only to be messaged about an hour delay. We had to throw groceries away because they sat in the Arizona heat while we waited. There was a water/plumbing issue in addition, that the host was not aware of supposedly, which left us without running water from 8a-5p for 3 days, no timeframe of completion. No warning, the plumbers just showed up and turned off the water. We purchased additional water for drinking. We contacted the plumbers with no clarification of resolution. While maybe out of the host's control, the situation was less than satisfactory. Difficult to understand how the host did not know of on-going water issues. We were staying for a wedding and had to adjust our plans because of these circumstances.

Pool was listed as open...owner knew well in advance it would not be.Check in was 4 but had to sit and wait a half hour for her to finish cleaning.Broken kitchen faucet from pervious tenant was made worse by handyman and mess left behind.

Unfortunately, we had a few hiccups and had to pivot for the first two nights. In addition to that, when we did take occupancy, the hot tub jets did not work. The host and VRBO made us whole, and for that I am truly grateful. As others have mentioned, the unit and furnishings are very dated. Cleanliness was not an issue. The location was great for us.

Time at Laura's

The unit was as advertised. While we were visiting family and did not spend a lot of time at the condo, it was comfortable for the meals we had there and sleeping. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. Pool was not heated, so a bit cold for March in Tucson, but the kids seemed to enjoy it anyway since the outside temperature was sunny and in the 80's.

We had a very nice stay.Alot that we did was right in the area of our stay.The house was everything that Laura said it would be.It was very clean and had everything and more then what we needed.If i could say 1 thing that was concerning is rhe house number is kind of hidden,hard to find.Over all though,i would come back.

Dated property, however everything worked, Make sure to get exact location of property and parking instructions. Arrived late and had a difficult time finding condo. No cable, internet down a lot. Nice restaurants in the vicinity.

Furniture is awful

Well, I gave a 3 star. The living room is a 1 Star. A futon bed for a couch that is uncomfortable. One chair we had to glue together. The other chair is so worn out - unbelievable. The dishwasher smelled of mold for 2 weeks. Kitchen drawers falling apart when you open them. This place needs a lot of work. 3 star is generous.

Good Price and Lots of Space

I rented this property for my three adult grandchildren and although I spent no time there, I also heard no complaints from them. The place was spacious; each got his or her own room and they were able to fix breakfast each morning before the day's adventure. This is not a modern and updated property. It is older and worn but also quite adequate for a family vacation. I definitely would recommend it to others.
