The Children's Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Tucson Convention Center are all within a one-mile radius. Downtown Tucson is just over a mile away. Sentinel Peak, Reid Park Zoo, and the Tucson Botanical Gardens are all less than six miles away. The daily rumble of passing trains highlights the neighborhood's history. Adorable 2 BR dog-friendly home walkable to brewery and indoor soccer!

This home had great temperature control (AC + ceiling fans), which is important to me in the hot Tucson sun. We had 100 degree days in late October, but were extremely comfortable in this home, with the AC on, ceiling fans on and cellular shades closed. This home was well stocked and clean, with thoughtful decorations. The beds were comfy and the shower was great. Jack and Jill bathroom was clever and the gated yard was a nice place for our car. I liked walking across the street to the brewery to sip a lager while watching indoor soccer. Beware of train noise, bring your earplugs.
