I rated this place 3-star because the floor I was in has a moldy smell on the hallway. The room temperature cannot be adjusted so what’s the use of the control? The beddings feels wet… can’t describe it. The sensor light by the door keeps turning on when a door next to our room closes heavily. It’s annoying. However, this hotel is strategically located in everything that you need to do. Can’t complain about that.

The location is very convenient, it’s located at the big shopping mall. The neighborhood is easy to walk, lots of food around. The complaints are the equipments in the hotel are not very convenient. The design inside is a bit weird, they don’t provide HK charger for you, for our room we only have one outlet that can charge our phone(I brought my own charge head) is far away at the table, not next to the bed. The hair dryer is very old style, no proper hanger that could reach easily in the restroom.

The room was cozy and comfortable. Quiet because my room was on high floor. Sound proof was very good I must say. The staff was very friendly too.

The receptionist on Friday Nov 02 was the best receptionist I had to deal with. My flight changed and i arrived 5 hours earlier than I should but she did manage to find a room I can use for few hours. I had a long flight from US and was jet lagged., I appreciate the effort she put in. Thank you

The hotel's appearance is nice, but the interior facilities are somewhat outdated. The reception staff are not particularly friendly or helpful. The smell of cigarette smoke was noticeable on our non-smoking guest floor and in the lift lobby. Additionally, we had different inconsiderate, noisy neighbours throughout our 2-week-stay. Although the room floor is not carpeted (which is great for cleanliness), it was sticky and gross. The most disappointing aspect was that the indoor pool was closed for maintenance without prior notice, and it was too cold and windy to use the outdoor pool. Positive aspects were the nice view, convenient location, good size of the room and the very friendly and helpful housekeeping staff.
