Amazingly convenient hotel for accessing both the New Territories and Hong Kong Island. Right next to the University MTR stop and major transport interchanges and far enough away from the urban density of the Island or Kowloon. Staff were very helpful - maintenance was ongoing at the time but they were very considerate about it. Pool facilities were also under repair but still good. Breakfast was immense but would have been too much everyday - it's so convenient to just step out and get some proper street snacks, you're in HK after all

We stayed at the hotel for five days. On the last day, we encountered an unpleasant situation (caused by the other guests), fortunately, the hotel staff quickly helped resolve it. They are super professional and friendly. Will definitely stay there again next time!
