Welcome to Tahoe Donner Treasure, located on St. Bernard. Enter this pet friendly home through the two car garage or by ascending a short half flight of stairs that leads you into a welcoming mudroom, perfect for shaking off the day's adventures. To your left, the spacious great room unfolds, inviting you to sink into its comfortable seating. This cozy space is adorned with soft carpeting, is ideal for lounging, and includes a TV equipped with streaming capabilities for your entertainment. A small collection of games is available during your stay.
As you venture through the great room, a sliding glass door opens to a delightful front deck—an inviting spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The open dining area comfortably accommodates four guests, while a stylish breakfast bar offers seating for two, creating a perfect venue for casual meals and lively conversations. The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring elegant dark quartz countertops, modern sleek appliances, and a gas range.
At the rear of the home, the bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat. A charming queen bedroom and kids room with two twins, share a bathroom featuring a convenient tub/shower combo. The primary king bedroom is a true sanctuary, complete with an en suite bathroom that includes a soothing tub/shower combo, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

Tahoe Donner Treasure is located in Tahoe Donner, the prime vacation rental community in Truckee. This property is 5 minutes to The Trout Creek Recreation Center-where guests can enjoy spas, a year round pool, gym and fitness classes for $24 per adult and $10 for ages 3-6. For an additional fee enjoy the beginner downhill ski area and the cross country Alder Creek Adventure Center. The hot tub and pool amenities listed for this home are shared at the recreation center. Six short-term rental guest cards will be available per house. Short-term guest cards grant one individual (ages 3+) access to private amenities with a paid daily access fee.

Also 5 minutes away is the Golf center and range, "The Lodge" restaurant and pub and "Z Market Place"; which sells beer, wine, liquor, breakfast, lunch and dinner deli items, along with convenience items for mountain living. Several other recreation options are available just a few minutes' drive away, including a private beach and marina on Donner Lake (summer only), tennis courts and the Alder Creek Adventure Center; offering mt. biking, hiking and an equestrian center in the summer and cross country and skate ski areas in the winter. Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort is a perfect choice for families skiing with young ones or those new to the hill.

Truckee downtown is just 10 minutes away, offering a variety of shops and restaurants. Northstar, Sugarbowl, Squaw, Alpine Meadows and Boreal Mountain are all 15-20 minutes drive away, Donner Lake is a 10 minute drive and the north shore of Lake Tahoe is a 20 minute drive.
