Super holiday accommodation

Lovely house in a super location where you can even hear the sea from the garden!! The house is generally well equipped but maybe missing a few items such as tea towels for example. But we really loved our time there. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Kerdale. The house is very lovely and the beach is just 5 min away. The spacious garden has lots of places to sit and read / have a drink or have a barbecue. In the area there are plenty of things to do and Concarneau is just 10 min away. The people from the agency were brilliant and really flexible with our late arrival - thanks again!

Perfekt bretonisch!

Ein schönes, bretonisches geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, in dem es sich auf jeden Fall mit sechs Personen gut leben lässt, da es zwei Ebenen hat. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz- fünf Minuten zu Fuß! Die Agentur ist super! Alle sind sehr hilfsbereit und es wird sich sofort gekümmert, wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt;)

Entspannte Ferien in Kerdallé

Schönes Haus mit großem, gepflegtem Garten. Nah zum Meer und zum Wanderweg. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Toll! Das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist geräumig mit ausreichend Ablageflächen. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön eingerichtet, die Matrazen sind sehr gut. Die Beschreibung vom Haus ist wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher noch mal wiederkommen. Die Endreinigung lies im Wohnbereich etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Lovely house in calm little village

We stayed five adults for two weeks together with our two dogs. We absolutely loved the house. Full of charm, yet modern and well equiped. It is a very short walk down to the sea and the beach is so beautyful and so natural. You can walk for hours on the dunes. If you travel with dogs, please note that they are not allowed there between March 15 and August 15. Also the garden is not fenced, so dogs and children can not be left there unattended. You should also be aware of that the village is far a bit from shops and restaurants, so you need a car to take you anywhere, but that is also a reason to stay here. It's so calm and relaxing. The agency is very professional. We strongly recommend renting this house.

Ruhig und geräumig

Wir haben drei schöne Wochen in dem gut ausgestatteten geräumigen Haus mit einem tollen großen Garten verbracht. Das Haus ist recht frisch renoviert, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat den Charme des bretonischen Landhauses bewahrt. An schönen Sommertagen kommt der Garten voll zur Geltung, in dem man gerade mit Kindern sehr gut Zeit verbringen kann, das Haus ist aber auch geräumig und gemütlich genug um Regentage gut zu verbringen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und werden wiederkommen.

Einfach wundervoll

Wir haben in den ersten drei Juni Wochen eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem fantastischen Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr nett und persönlich eingerichtet. Ein schöner Mix aus alt und neu. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Und auch die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Der große Garten, die fußläufige Nähe zum Strand, sowie die kurze Entfernung zu Concarneau machen das Ganze perfekt! Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison. Très agréable à vivre, bien aménagée. On entend les vagues dans le jardin, on voit plein de beaux oiseaux et la plage est a 5minutes à pied.

Sehr ruhiges, komfortables Objekt

Das Gebäude liegt etwas ausserhalb des Dorfzentrums von Trégunc, das etwas 7'000 Einwohner hat, und ist ca. 400 Meter vom Meer entfernt. In ca. 10 Autominuten ist man in Concarneau, eine sehr schöne Kleinstadt mit guten Restaurants, einen Hafen und einer einzigartigen Altstadt namens "Ville Close". Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, zwei Badezimmer (1x mit Dusche, 1x mit Badewanne), Waschmaschine/Tumbler und einer Küche. Das Haus ist nicht luxuriös aber doch sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Räume sind auf zwei Etagen verteilt. Im Weiteren besitzt das Haus einen sehr grossen Garten. Es ist sehr ruhig, und eignet sich hervorragend zum Erholen und Entspannen. Ich würde es sofort wieder buchen.

Tolles Haus nahe Concarneau

Das Haus im Weiler Kerdallé ist sehr grosszügig und geräumig - die Bilder entsprechen absolut den Tatsachen. Im grossen Garten gibt es drei Sitzmöglichkeiten, und das grosse Gelände war prima für unseren Hund. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Küchenutensilien könnten noch etwas umfangreicher sein (kleine Rüstmesser (wir haben teils Steakmesser zweckentfremdet) und ein Salatbesteck). Der Sonnenschirm war defekt, was wir der Agentur umgehend mitgeteilt haben, worauf der Eigentümer persönlich am nächsten Tag einen neuen Sonnenschirm vorbei gebracht hat. Der Eigentümer, der in Fussdistanz wohnt, war sehr kommunikativ umd hat uns spontan zu einem Apéritif eingeladen. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, wobei die schönen Sandbuchten bei Trévignon mit dem Auto in 10 - 15 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Oberhalb dieser Buchten verläuft ein wunderbarer Küstenweg, der kilometerlang ist. Der Garten des Hauses ist nicht "gepützelt", was uns überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Es hat keinen englischen Rasen, doch war die Wiese gemäht, so dass wir beispielsweise problemlos Federball spielen konnten. Uns hat das Haus sehr gefallen, und wir würden es auch nochmals mieten.
