Large house adjoining 30 hectares of nature reserve along the sea, 100m from the beach by private road. 5 bedrooms including 4 with bathroom wc or private WC. 11 beds. Calm. The house, on a plot of 2000m2, has a beautiful view on earth. Two common areas: on the ground floor large living room, upstairs a play area with sofas and coffee table. Many activities possible: sailing (nautical club), horse riding, tennis, golf (18 holes), many hikes sea and countryside (100m conservatory of the coast of Landrellec and customs path facing the Seven Islands, GR34, valley Traouïeros etc.) , cruises on the island of Brehat and the Seven Islands, swimming pool balneotherapy, marine aquarium. Belle maison dans un coin charmant de Bretagne

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en Bretagne. La maison avec les différentes chambres et salles de bain est confortable. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs pour répondre à nos préoccupations. Belle maison à 200 m de la mer par un accès privé. La présence de salles d'eau ou sdb dans chaque chambre offre un réel confort et une autonomie appréciée. Sa situation en bout de route permet de séjourner au calme. Les charges (eau, edf, fuel) à rajouter au frais de location représente en hiver environ 100 euros pour une semaine. Nous recommandons vivement ce bel endroit.

Maison parfaite pour des vacances avec une personne en fauteuil roulant. Tout est bien pensé, les parties repos sont bien séparées de la partie commune (séjour, cuisine), on peut dormir aussi longtemps qu'on le veut même quand les plus petits jouent dans la salle commune. Point de départ de nombreuses randos sur la côte de granit rose. Un seul petit bémol, il manque un peu de lumière dans la cuisine.

Un trés agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille à 11 personnes dans un environnement très reposant . La maison est belle , et très fonctionnelle, conforme au descriptif elle est bien pensée et permet à chacun de trouver sa place sans se sentir "les uns sur les autres".. Le parc très appréciable autant pour la vue sur ses grands arbres que pour sa terrasse .. Les ballades en bord de mer sont également possibles à pieds depuis la maison et permettent de passer un bon moment sans prendre la voiture pour ceux qui le souhaitent. Courses et marchés proches en voiture .. un contact agréable avec le propriétaire. Un lieu à recommander !
