Recently refurbished, it was really on par with the better accommodation in Townsville. Lovely room, modern, eye pleasing decor, the bed & pillows so soft & comfy, an excellent fridge, pod machine, microwave, pressured shower & daily room service! Just loved it! Will definitely be back!

Basic clean room which was sufficient for our stay. Booking included continental breakfast and despite being a family of 3 and staying in a room which would accommodate 4 people, we were advised on our second day that breakfast was only included for 2 people and there would be a charge of $12 for our 7 year old. Interestingly we were not charged this fee on any of the other 3 days that we had breakfast. Couldn't locate anything within the booking information which indicated breakfast was only for 2 people.

Lovely room. Was a crack in the vanity basin that you could cut your hand on. Exposed wires on the extraction fan in the bathroom. Lovely coffee machine and super comfy beds for both us and the children.
