Riad incroyable, j’ai réserver la chambre mille est une nuit qui est très grande et super belle pour mes 1 an de mariage, on se croirait vraiment au Maroc. Le petit déjeuner et excellent. Le personnel et au top. Je n’ai rien à dire à part vous conseiller d’y séjourner si vous êtes sur Tours.

Au milieu d'une façade banale, une porte anodine ... Mais celle-ci franchie, commence le voyage des Mille et Une Nuits. Après un instant de circonspection, le plaisir d'un séjour au delà de la Méditerranée. Décors sublime, accueil chaleureux et calme de l'établissement ... À découvrir au plus vite !

Belle accueil dans cet hôtel. Le seul bémol est le SPA en supplément mais ce n'est indiqué nulle part et le petit déjeuner pas avant 9h l'été donc problématique quand on est en déplacement professionnel.

1000 et une nuit.

The room was amazing, very well equipped, clean, quiet and I was called by the owner well in advance to check when I will be arriving. An entrance code was given to me for late check-in. Around the hotel there us many spaces for free parking. Around the hotel I could not detect any restaurants/bars. The hotel is somewhat away from Tour-Centre. Breakfast is available on demand, but free coffee could be get in the main kitchen.

Ambiance marocaine

Tres bon sejour, la chambre etait spacieuse et le lit tres confortable. Mobilier parfois un peu usé mais belle ambiance marocaine. Dommage pour le wifi qui etait tres faible. Je reviendrais quand meme volontiers lors de mon sejour a tours

Arrivée dans un immeuble plus que austère en banlieue de Tours, il faut retirer ses chaussures, il y a une odeur de moisissure à l intérieur du "local" décoré de facon ridicule à l´orientale... Il y a personne à partir de 19 h et la porte d´entrée reste ouverte à tout le monde toute la nuit... J ai la gorges qui grattait le matin tellement ca sentait la poussière et l humidité. Une catastrophe !!! Je me suis sauvé à l´aube. SPA ( LOL) j ai rien vu...

Déception !

Très enthousiaste par ce week-end, nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour. La chambre était conforme à la description mais en réalité c’était surtout de mauvais goût, les tapis étaient poussiéreux, le couvre lit aussi et mon mari s’est pris le lustre en pleine tête car beaucoup trop bas et non adapté au passage dans la chambre, alors que cette chambre manque cruellement de lumière. De plus, la baignoire fuyaient au sol et cela devenait particulièrement dangereux à la fin d’une douche, une piscine. Nous l’avons précisés à l’accueil mais encore une fois nous avons été très surpris de voir à notre retour de l’extérieur que les serviettes que nous avions utilisés ont été remplacés par tes serviettes sèches mais la chambre n’avait pas été faite ! C’était tellement la moindre des choses à faire. De plus, le calcaire bien présent à l’intérieur des toilettes, était réellement limite. Il n’y avait pas d’animation et pas de présence à la réception de l’hôtel. Nous étions aussi intéressés par les prestations spa mais le manque de communication sur les prestations ni même sur le mode de réservation des services nous a totalement dissuadés de le tester ! Dommage, le concept avait l’air très sympa, mais ce n’était clairement pas ce que nous attention à ce tarif-là!

Personnels top! Peu satisfaits de la chambres surtout la salle de bains ou plusieurs choses sont a refaire... Le lieu de vie et pas mal mais l'extérieur laisse a désiré pareil des petits travaux a prévoir. L'atmosphère est calme et reposantes. L'accès au jacuzzi et au hammam sont des prestations supplémentaires dommages
