The owner, Paolo, was at work, so there was his aunt Teresa for check-in. She didn't speak English well, but we got all the information we needed. The beach was close, some restaurants too. The problems count just the slower and unstable internet and a lot of mosquitoes in this area.

spacious home with character close to beach and sea

A family of four, we felt very much at home in this spacious and well taken care of house, where we stayed eventually more than two months because we liked it so much. The garden provided our children with endless little adventures and the nearby beach is only a 5 min. walk. The communication with Theresa and Paolo was very good, quick and kind replies and direct assistance when needed (like when we needed a new gaz bottle). Highly recommended for a relaxing, quite and private holiday stay!

Es war schön

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft und fühlten uns beim Paolo immer gut wahrgenommen!Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die zu bemängeln waren, die aber gut mit Paolo klären konnten.Der Weg zum Strand war objektiv gesehen länger als 300 Meter und auch sehr belebt!Da wir mit dem Auto da waren, haben wir uns unsere Strände gesucht!Ein bisserl mehr Besteck wären toll, lies sich mit dem Geschirrspüler gut kompensieren .Für uns eine tolle Zeit in einer guten Unterkunft!

Tolles Haus und toller Ort!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt. Es war ein wenig kalt im Januar, da es keine richtige Heizung gibt. Ansonsten perfekt gelegen!

Near the beach

The property is large and needed regular heating when we stayed in December. Much of the furniture and fittings showed their age and generally things need updating. Certainly in the summer it may feel better. The position of the property was good in that the beach could be reached easily, so again in summer would be fine. However, it was impossible to walk anywhere with dogs other than the beach or around houses so we had to drive out. Also impossible to walk to any shops as no pavements and quite a long way to go.

Ein sehr nettes Haus.

Wir waren dort zwei Wochen und haben die Zeit genossen. Das Haus hat genau so ausgesehen wie auf den Bildern. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Ein schöner Strand., den man in 6 Minuten erreichen kann.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mehr als genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Paolo war unkompliziert über WhatsApp und er hat mir alle Fragen umgehend beantwortet. Das Check-In war genauso unkompliziert. Das Ferienhaus hat uns total staunen lassen. Es war schöner als auf den Fotos, es hat einen wunderbaren Garten, genug Platz und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und hat uns die Nächte mit einem Kleinkind sehr angenehm gemacht. Wir hatten total unsere Ruhe und dennoch konnten wir innerhalb wenigen Gehminuten das Meer und mehrere Restaurants erreichen. Ich möchte mir herzlich für diese perfekten Ferien bedanken! und hoffentlich bis bald

Das Haus ist grosszügig gebaut. Alles war sehr sauber gereinigt und die Räume waren sinnvoll eingerichtet. Der wunderschöne und gepflegte Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Meer kann problemlos zu Fuss erreicht werden. Sehr gerne besuchen wir dieses Haus wieder einmal.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus hat sehr viel Potential, es ist geräumig und alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Nur die Küche, wie schon von Anderen erwähnt, sollte erneuert werden und ggf. mit mehr Weingläsern bestückt werden. Eine angenehme Terasse ist vorhanden, der Garten übersichtlich und gut mit Bäumen beschattet. Die Umgebung ist angenehm, 10Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, Gaststätten fußläufig erreichbar. Gute Supermärkte in 10 Autominuten erreichbar.

Une découverte parfaite de ce pays grâce à Paolo et ses conseils sur les restaurants activités … Il est très gentil et serviable malgré la distance (très réactif par telephone) Maison très bien située pour avoir des restaurants, commerces alimentaires, plages à proximité Grande maison on était 4 adultes et 4 enfants une très belle expérience grâce à lui pour cette semaine

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Lage ist super (nur 5 min zu Fuß) vom Strand entfernt und auch für Motorrad Ausflüge optimal geeignet. Alles da was man braucht auch wenn einiges Inventar schon älter ist. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hatten dort eine schöne Zeit. Gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt, die drei Bäder sind perfekt für mehrere Personen. Wir hatten dort eine gute Zeit. Allerdings ist die Küche schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und gehört erneuert. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch perfekt, in 300 Metern ist der Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Auto können von da viele schöne Ausflüge gestartet werden. Empfehlenswert sind die Strände von Orrì und Girasole

l annonce disait 3 grands lits et il n y en avait que 2, c était 2 petits lits. En haut la salle de bain est faite pour des gens de petites tailles, c est petit et ce n est pas une salle de bain alors que c était écrit 3. Il manque 1 clim dans la pièce principale, c est dommage avec la chaleur qu il fait en août . Par contre Paolo comme Thérésa sont très reactifs à nos messages. Merci à eux pour ça !

Overall a good time in Arbatax

The house was well equipped and in a pleasantly quiet area . Though close to the beach and within a decent range to the main amenities . Arbatax is also central to many sights and within a few kilometers to extraordinary beaches . We used our bicicles a lot.
