"We booked a ground floor room as limited availability. The hotel itself was lovely but when we checked the guy at reception was putting us off our room before we had even seen it and was trying to get up to upgrade. It put us off as it felt like the hard sale before seeing the room we had been allocated. ..."

"Overall nice stay and great location BUT 1. The check in process is done electronically, not at the desk. But my check in would not work. Went through the stages various times. Reported it to the desk, was given a code, went back to the machine, didn’t work, back to the desk, was taken to the machine ..."
