If you don’t leave the place at 11AM which is check out time then you’ll be charged $40 extra every 30 minutes .There’s a replacement charge of $250 if you loose the key,fob or Locks yourself out during your stay.
If you book for one person then it should be one person only , please ADD correct number of guests before booking and only authorized guests in reservation are allowed , No visitors are allowed
You will need to provide physical ID(ids can be passport or driver’s license only) as well you need to show it on your arrival.
Your reservation will be terminated if we receive any complaints without any refunds.

The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. Any violations of the said house rules will be $500 each violation.
