We booked though Travelocity. Tired on arrival we did not check the shower, that consequently has not been working for sometime. The expectation is that one gets a working shower when reserving a room. I have video of the handle spinning around not engaging the shower. Unfortunately we discovered this as we were preparing to catch a flight at Pearson in the am. On check out the front desk argued that because we booked thru a 3rd company there would be no compensation; for a room that should not have been assigned, DO BETTER QUALITY INN! Do hotels regularly assign 3rd party guests their worst rooms? Sadly we paid the higher amt of the posted room fees!

My first morning from 6:30 til about 7ish the food was impeccable - they made cheese stuffed omelettes; I made an egg sandwich with it. I was excited and looking forward to the following day. When I returned at say 8ish, the food quality dwindled and I was not interested in getting seconds. Its included in what I paid so please believe I was eating as much as I could - it just made me a little irritated as the consistency was not there. The chef didnt care. My room now - lord, when I walked in I felt breeze and immediately assessed the situation. Turns out the door was not on the track properly causing the sliding door to not close properly. I brought this to the front desk so I pray that the work order that was claimed to be put in was actually fulfilled. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower was clean. A decent place to stop off if necessary.

There is a hot breakfast which is good, with good options. The shuttle service was slow in coming when we arrived. The number they gave us to call rang without an answer several times before someone finally answered. It did eventually come but it was a hassle to get it in the first place. Leaving to the airport however was fine, you selected your time and the shuttle left on time.
