Giving one star because the room itself was quite nice and the location was excellent. However, management is absolutely abysmal. First, I had to reach out to them numerous times to get check-in information. When I finally got a hold of them over the phone, they said they had been trying to contact me but didn't have any contact information, which I know is inaccurate because they had previously messaged me through hotels.com. After multiple back and forth texts, I finally got check-in information 15 minutes prior to check-in time. The listing states they allow pets for a 96$ fee. However, it does not clarify anywhere that you need to notify the property in advance that you are bringing a pet. Thankfully they accommodated my "last minute request", but this needs to be clarified on the listing. They require a 450$ security deposit, which they will only accept via e-transfer. They stated it would be refunded within 7 days, but I had to call them numerous time over the following 2 weeks before they finally sent me my refund. Also quite inconvenient is the fact that building access and use of the elevator requires a fob to get to the correct floor, and only one single one is provided. Finally, I left something at the property and they never contacted me to let me know, and when I realized it a week later they said it was never found. Overall terrible communication. Would not recommend unless you want to deal with frustration after frustration.
