Breakfast was decent but nothing special. For the price, it could have been much better. The room was not properly stocked: the body wash was not full, and the shampoo was barely filled. Housekeeping did a very poor job overall. I sent an email a week in advance, yet despite the promises made, we did not receive the level of service expected from a 3-star hotel. On our first night, there was absolutely no toothpaste or toothbrushes in the room. We went to the reception desk, and after waiting 45 minutes with no one bringing them to us, we had to go back down and get them ourselves. I cannot understand why they could not ensure basic amenities were provided for two guests, or why no effort was made to simply bring the items from behind the reception desk to our room. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing.

Nice location and facilities. Everything is clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet is great. However, you might need to wait in line to have an available seat. That's the only frustration. If you can wait, you are going to have a great breakfast.

Clean room and very close to all amenities.Would recommend to anyone travelling to Toronto for the first time. Just had water issues the last night before I left but I was told it was an unexpected issue in the area and the City had to deal with Apart from that, everything was perfect

No water for toilets, restaurants, or shower for @5 hours when we tried to check out. I understand things happen however the front desk had no information on when water would be restored or if they would be duscounting our room. I should not be expected to pay full price when I have to leave the hotel to eat and use the bathroom, then travrl without showering. They need better crisis management training.
