Other things to note
We are in a very family friendly neighborhood, and we want our guests to be aware of this. Please no guests or parties. There’s absolutely no smoking in or around the premises. No pets or candles or incense of any kind. Please keep in mind that live-in noises from upstairs can be expected, being a basement apartment. The unit is part of the house with central heat and air conditioning which is controlled from upstairs (There is no separate Thermostat in the basement).

Please note that the unit is not child proofed for infants and toddlers. Kids over 5 years are welcome.
