This suite features a king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for meals, along with a separate living area filled with natural light and a cozy dining space. Enjoy the privacy of a separate bedroom and a well-appointed bathroom. This is the perfect place for extended stays, just a 5-minute walk to the Yonge-Bloor subway station—ideal for exploring the city! Experience comfortable living in our furnished suites, designed to meet your needs. Please note that sizes, furnishings, and standards may vary, with a minimum square footage of 500.

Included in your stay are wireless internet, weekly housekeeping for stays of 30 days or more OR daily housekeeping for anything less than 30 days, and a telephone with local and long-distance calling across North America (excluding remote areas). Basic cable service is also provided.

To confirm your reservation, you'll need to sign an Accommodations Agreement and provide a copy of your credit card (front and back) along with a valid photo ID (Canadian driver's license or passport). Please note that minimum check-in age is 21 years.

We offer underground parking at a daily rate of $40.00 plus taxes or a monthly rate of $210.00 plus taxes.

Great location. Nice to have kitchenette. Comfortable suite overall. Small bathroom with no working fan. Communication with property manager was poor prior to visit - needed to call Vrbo to connect. Once that happened, all was good.

Awesome location - everything you need within 5 minutes. Longo’s fresh grocery was two roads up and then a left: awesome choice of fresh bakery / butcher / deli / Starbucks! Well priced. Bonus: subway (Yellow AND Green line) is right below Longos!The apartment itself was well outfitted. Separate bedroom, nice bathroom with standup shower and rainfall shower head, full kitchen and two TVs! Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed so many nice restaurants in the area but cooking a few meals (esp breakfast) was a nice option too. We would DEFINITELY recommend and re-book.

Very nice place. Good size. Good area. I would stay again for sure. I suggest ensuring the cleaners sweep and mop the floors every second day when they come in for cleaning. That was not done. Otherwise, I would recommend staying here. I will stay with this owner again.
