The room was nice and clean and staff was extremely nice and generous!! however i was surprised that we could not smoke on the balconies. I paid a fair bit to have a balcony, smoking should be allowed. Didnt have a chance to eat there however, it smelt good!! Would consider going again the next time we are in toronto!

Love the hotel overall; but got stuck with a fourth floor room (don't love the extra travel - I should have asked though), and the hot tub was out of service - which sucked.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The property was well-kept. Rooms were clean and updated. Bistro in the lobby was great for breakfast, which our room package included. Nice area connected to the lobby for sitting, visiting, meeting. Also included a nice outside area with fire pit area. To sit in the evening.
