Staff were very friendly and informative, rooms was clean and comfortable, access to lots of amenities including a restaurant with great food options. My only complaint would be that we stayed while a hockey team was there, so it was extra noisy for a little while, but the staff dealt with it quickly.

the bathroom door first of all provides no privacy, and secondly slams back when you open / close it. additionally, I put a ton of monies worth of fruit and veg in the mini fridge and the next morning it was all absoloutely frozen to the point it had ice all over everything. thats a lot of money to be wasted to have fresh food ruined. not impressed , we come every year for OAAS convention and we will be booking elsewhere nearby next year.

This is a lower floor room rental, and the downstairs has a distinct musty and cigarette smell that follows into the hotel room. The TV remote did not work, maybe dead batteries. The grille for the HVAC system fell.off There were silver fish bugs crawling around in the bathroom. When we got up in the morning, there were also silver fish bugs crawling onnthe bed around the pillows.....very disgusting!! There were a lot of younger adults also checked in to this area, and it was fairly noisy past 2-3 am. Generally I can accept a lot of issues but the bugs in the bed were a serious level of nasty!!!

A solid choice, especially for the convenient location. The hotel is directly attached to the Sheraton and its convention facilities. No on-site breakfast included, but there's a Tim Hortons next door, plus a few Chinese restaurants within easy walking distance. Our room had two queen beds, which were comfortable, and it felt very clean and fresh, clearly recently renovated with modern finishes with a fridge and microwave. The narrow balcony was a nice touch for fresh air. The building only has two levels, but the corridors are extremely long, feels like a maze at times, and there are more stairs than you'd expect for such a low-rise property. Parking can be limited and a bit tricky, plan ahead, scout out spots early, and try to find an entrance closest to your room to avoid long treks through those endless hallways. One minor annoyance: the sliding shower door was installed at a weird angle, so it kept sliding open on its own during showers. Would stay again for the convenience to the convention center and the updated, clean room. Great value if location is your top priority.

The stay was great, and the place is very nice. The only issue is that when we made the reservation through Expedia, it said the room would have a refrigerator. However, it seems that all the rooms only have a minibar. That was disappointing, as the information on the Expedia website is incorrect.
