I call this the RV hotel. If you have ever stayed in an RV, then you will feel right at home. The room is tiny, even for Japan standards. Our double bed was against the wall on one side in order to fit the room. My husband had to slide down on one side in order to get out of the bed. The bathroom is one modular piece that was fit into the room, when you take a shower, it moves, I thought it was an earthquake at first. The room is not cleaned if you stay more than one night, you just get clean towels delivered in a bag on your door handle. We asked for coffee packs for the next morning and we were told no at first. When my husband insisted and said our check out was at 11 am and we needed coffee in the morning, we were given two packs. If you want an extra pillow, you have to rent it! This is not the Japanese hospitality we received in every other hotel in Japan. Never again!

Despite a tiny room, everything else, services, location, discounts with brands nearby, restaurants and konbinis at the site, very nice breakfast, airport limo pickup at the hotel, everything Awesome!

The hotel and location are good. So far, we were refused to leave our luggage in storage till our return to Tokyo as we didnt have a second reservation. It didnt matter that this was because the hotel was fully booked...dortunately, the next hotel had no issues so we managed to fix it. Shame on

The hotel was close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building and Shinjuku area. The hotel is also close to convenience stores and to the Love Statue where pickups for tours in Shinjuku usually are. The hotel is a bit small but typical of a hotel in Japan. The hotel is quiet and the breakfast area has a beautiful view of the Tokyo skyline.

Room was so old looking and small. For anyone who is taller than 180cm will need to duck as the door frames are low. Bathroom is so small that head can almost touch the ceiling. Only good thing was in Shinjuku and 15 mins walk to the station. Good amenities to choose at the lobby. For the price you pay, I would prefer to stay somewhere that is nicer modern looking.

Check-in was terrible. The hotel refused that my room could accommodate 3 adults even though Expedia states that the Standard Twin Room with two double beds sleeps 4 (my search criteria was specifically 3 adults when I booked the room on the site), so they made me book an extra room. Furthermore, since they had my luggage (forwarded from my previous hotel) they refused release of my luggage unless I booked the extra room. Room itself was as advertised on Expedia; 2 double beds that could sleep two each. Strange room layout though: - Not enough outlets; had to choose between having a lamp, heater or fan plugged in at the room corner. I guess I could have plugged it in at a place where I would trip. - Light switch for the bathroom was on the hinge side of the outward swinging door, making access awkward. - Found a hairpin on the floor from the previous guest.
