Not quite the service I expected

We booked the hotel for two adults and one 7 year old child, but the room did not have enough towels, pillows, cups, etc for the third person. When I inquired about this at the front desk, I was first told to get extra towels at the gym. Then, when I later asked about pillows and cups, I was surprised when the front desk personnel accused me of only paying for two people, and that there should be an extra charge for any child of elementary school age. I showed him my Hotels.com reservation information in the app, and he finally agreed not to charge us extra and would follow up on his own end, but it left a sour taste in my mouth. The extra pillows never arrived, and the extra cups and towels arrived the next day.

Very nice and reasonably priced. Worked well for us. Caution for folks traveling with small children or who have trouble sleeping - the rooms overlooking the restaurant area can pick up a lot of noise from below. Mattresses and pillows were very comfy, and breakfast buffet was excellent. Short walk to the station and plenty of shopping options.
