Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house; A smoking fee of $500 will incur if smoking has been detected.
Short term rental Lease and Hot Tub Liability Release MUST be completed and submitted to owner 3-days prior to arrival. $75 late fee applies
Loud music not permitted outside. Grill MUST be cleaned after each use. $25 fee applies if not cleaned. Hot Tub cover must be on when not in use.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time at the Evergreen Villa Home! The house was so clean and well maintained! The Hot tub was Awesome and clean as well and enjoyed early morning relaxation while in the Hot Tub. Went to Tobyhanna State Park which is very close by. Nice Beach and Hiking there. Then of course had to go to the Outlets and shop. So many stores there! It was Great! Gilberto ( The Home Owner ) is very receptive and easy to communicate with. And truly cares that your stay at the rental is enjoyable. Definitely as nice place for vacation and Family time!
