In the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers region, halfway between Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion, our cottage is located on the edge of an oak grove, in a quiet and pleasant setting. It boasts a large plot of land, and you can park nearby. This location will allow you to fully enjoy all the attractions of our region: walks, discovering the local heritage and gastronomy, swimming, and more. La Garenne de Baleyrac is a detached house renovated in 2016, located near the owners' home. It features a large shaded garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. The house consists of a dining room opening onto a kitchen, a separate living room with a television, two bedrooms (one 140x190 cm bed and two 90x190 cm beds), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Boiler room with washing machine and barbecue. Oil-fired central heating included. Sheets included in the price. Possibility of renting towels and cleaning at the end of the stay. Internet access.
