Loved the location of the hotel which was located in a parking lot with about 5 other hotels/motels. There was also a steakhouse and an IHOP in the parking lot. Located about 30 minutes from Port Canaveral.

Traveling with our 130lb GSD and 86lb mix. Pet fee was $50 per night total ($25/dog). Room was nice, spacious and comfortable. Location was good and safe. Check in woman was friendly. Would stay there again.

Front desk staff was nice and helpful when we requested a new room. Room #1 was unacceptable dirty (besides the bed made nothing else was cleaned including the toilet and food messes). Room #2 was dirty but not as bad. It was late and we were tired so we made due. Felt uncomfortable overall.
