he best thing I can do for the owners of this property is to NOT leave an online review of this property! There’s some sort of a vermin (rat, skunk, raccoon, possum??) scratching the walls in the living room! The property smells moldy and musty! The floors were not swept and there are cobwebs in the corners of all the rooms. The dishes in the cupboards were put away with water standing in them, the stovetop was greasy, the microwave needs washed out, and there were food stains left in the refrigerator. We didn’t use the tub in bathroom as it was dirty. Closing the curtain doesn’t relieve the cleaning team’s responsibility to wash them. Also, luckily we had one cancellation. So only three of us were able to come this weekend, as the second bed in the third bedroom must have been the mattress stored under the day bed! The carpets throughout the house are dirty and need vacuumed and cleaned. The washer and dryer set up in the bedroom is causing a sour smell in the room. The space heaters provided, due to the lack of central heating, are old, rusty and are questionable for future use. Our overall experience with this rental was terrible and I will not be using this rental site in the future and will definitely be sharing my experiences with my friends, family and other church members, as this was our group’s reflection and retreat trip. I sent an email to the contact email and received NO response!!!
