This bright and partly renovated 1-room studio spans 30 m2 and is situated on the 7th floor, offering a maximum capacity of 4 guests, accommodating 2 adults and 2 children. The studio features 1 bathroom and is thoughtfully arranged to make the most of its practical and beautifully furnished space. The open-plan living and dining area includes 1 pull-out bed suitable for 2 persons, measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 190 cm, alongside a flat-screen television. A door leads out to a south-facing balcony, from which you can enjoy a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. A dedicated sleeping alcove accommodates 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove. The studio also features elegant parquet floors throughout, and a kitchenette equipped with 4 hot plates. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC.
