Tivemos alguns problemas no início da hospedagem, que foram pontualmente resolvidos pelo gerente Eduardo. Excelente serviço e hospitalidade. O restaurante tem diversas opções de pratos e todas que experimentamos foram muito boas. Muito obrigada pela atenção e cuidado durante nossa estadia!!!

O hotel é lindo, mas tem MUITO a melhorar no quesito limpeza! Cortina do banheiro estava nojenta, tinha mofo e limo em tudo, lençol estava manchado e a orientação que recebemos é que são trocados apenas a cada 4 dias, caso quisesse troca antes é cobrado 5 reais por peça. O lixo em frente ao nosso quarto não foi esvaziado em 4 dias!!!!

Os funcionários são muito gentis, cordiais, a comida tbm é muito boa. O quarto acredito que precisaria de uma atualização, com tv mais moderna e acesso a mais canais. Também, encontramos pontos de mofo no quarto, o que acreditamos ser proveniente da umidade.

Apesar de o hotel estar praticamente vazio, fui acomodado em um apartamento distante demais da recepção, sequer foi ofertada alguma ajuda com a bagagem. O controle remoto da TV esta quebrado, só foi possível usa-lo após muita persistência. a superfície do frigobar toda enferrujada, a água da banheira não esquentou. Não justifica os preços praticados.
