Ubicada en zona residencial tranquila, en el pueblo de Tías, a pocos metros podrá encontrar supermercado y zona de restaurantes. Disfrute de una vida relajada en el ambiente local de Lanzarote. La casa está a pocos minutos en coche de Puerto del Carmen

La casa dispone de 3 dormitorios muy luminosos, dos baños, cocina equipada, un amplio salón, terraza y cama exterior para disfrutar de los atardeceres.
La decoración de la casa es de estilo local, elementos en el salón como las vigas de madera decorando los techos y el bernegal canario, una antigua piedra de mas de 100 años que se usaba para destilar el agua. En los dormitorios, los cabeceros de obra y luz integrada, recuerdan al conocido arquitecto local César Manrique. Podrá disfrutar de su amplia y apetecible piscina privada, de su zona exterior chillout y barbacoa. Positives: check in and communication was good. Location in terms of walking into Tías and plane spotting were great. Good living space.Things we would have liked to improve: aircon wasn't needed in March/April but the mattress (memory foam?) made the bed too warm; pool was too cold to use and we only discovered a few days into our stay that we could have paid an extra 180 to heat it but it would have taken 24 hours to warm up - effectively meaning we would have had 3-4 days use for the extra cost. If we had known beforehand we would have considered it; lost connection to wifi every other day so we had to reboot the router by turning the electrics off and back on again.Would we stay again? Yes, if we stay in Tías again.

Family Chill Out

This is the first time we have stayed in this property and we weren’t disappointed. Good size villa with ample room for 4 adults and the outside space and pool was great. Nice location approximately 10 minutes by car from the airport and Puerto del Carmen. There is a Hiperdino supermarket close by up the hill in nearby Tias centre which is a lovely village with a couple of bars and eateries. Our host Lola was lovely and catered for all our needs. We will definitely stay in this villa again in its great, quiet location and enjoy another fabulous holiday.

Excellent stay

We had a great time at the villa. We liked the location, being away from busier tourist areas. The outdoor space is private. There were plenty of facilities and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We walked into Tias to go to some of the local restaurants and they were all fantastic. We also had a car to go out and see lots and there is very easy parking at the villa. We had the pool heated and it was still quite chilly! I would have expected that it would be unusable without this. It was quite expensive for the heating though which would be my only complaint about it. We did think twice about this given the price. Beds were comfortable and there is air conditioning although we didn't need to use it in our stay. There are great views out to sea from the outdoor area and kitchen. Great communication from the host and the check in and out process was very easy. Great extra information from the host too.

Stylish, comfortable Villa in quiet location

This Villa is very stylish, the views are amazing, the rooms are large. The showers are powerful, plenty of towels for our stay. Great location for exploring the island, we had a hire car but also used the bus most evenings to go down to Puerto Del Carmen (one euro fourty each). Some great local tapas restaurants in Tias, easy 5 minute walk from this Villa. It was lovely to meet Lola who came to check everything was ok. We will be returning to stay in this Villa and cannot wait. One thing to note is that the pool heating charge is not mentioned in the advert, its approx 20 euro a day, but the pool was like a bath most days so was well worth paying in the winter months. If you want to enjoy all the island has to offer, in a peaceful location then this Villa is perfect for you.

We really enjoyed our stay at this peaceful and quiet villa. The villa was in a great location with lovely views. The villa was an easy walking distance to bus stops and as well as a taxi rank. It was a 10 minute journey by bus or taxi to Puerto del Carmen. The villa comes with a great sized pool, plenty of sun loungers and an outdoor bed to lie out and dry off in the sun. Lola was brilliant, she checked in on us during our stay and helped with any queries we had. Overall the villa offered both a quiet area to relax in peace and also the opportunity to easily access busier areas of Lanzarote.

Villa 7 in Tias - Super Urlaub

Genau wie beschrieben, konnten wir 10 Tage in diesem schön gelegenen Haus entspannen. Lola ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die bei allen Fragen behilflich ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Villa

Die Villa San Blas No. 7 ist wie beschrieben traumhaft schön. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und perfekt gepflegt, besonders die sehr schöne Einrichtung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants sind in Tias zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Pool war sehr schön und hatte eine Poolheizung sowie eine sehr gute Abdeckplane. Der Ausblick auf Arrecife und Hafen sowie Puerto del Carmen ist fantastisch, besonders die gigantischen Sonnenaufgänge kann man sehr gut von der riesigen Terrasse aus beobachten. Der Grill hat uns köstliche Iberico Steaks und Co. zubereitet. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der sehr nette und verlässliche Kontakt zur Vermietein Lola; Sie kümmert sich hervorragend um die Gäste. Auf der großen Terrass haben uns immer die kanarischen Papageien empfangen. Perfekt war der PKW Stellplatz an der Villa. Unsere Tagesausflüge konnten wir dank schneller WLAN-Verbindung stets perfekt ausarbeiten. Villa San Blas, wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder!!!!!

Wonderful Chillout Villa

Fantastic villa and a wonderful owner

We have just returned from a 9 day stay at the villa. Upon arrival the villa was spotlessly clean and there was a pack of face masks and hand gel provided. The villa itself is very comfortable. The outside area is very private. The pool area is great although the pool was a touch cold despite being heated. The WiFi in the villa is excellent. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It's location is very good too. It's a short walk into Tias where you wil find restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. From Tias you can get a taxi for around 8 Euros to Puerto Del Carmen. Lola was an amazing host who was always on hand when we needed something, or had a question. On departure our pre-booke taxi to the airport failed to show. Within 15 minutes of contacting her Lola had arranged for a different taxi to collect us. We definitley hope to come back and stay again in your wonderful villa. Muchas gracias Lola.

Tolle Auszeit

Eine tolle Zeit! Das Haus befindet sich im Dorf Tias als letztes Haus einer Seitenstraße in der sich noch mehrere andere Unterkünfte ähnlicher Art befinden. Mit dem Mietwagen sind es nur etwa 15 Min. vom Flughafen. Trotz der Nähe ist es ruhig, was wir sehr genossen haben. Im Zentrum von Tias befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten u.a. auch ein gut sortierter und preisgünstiger Supermarkt, Cafes und Bars. In einigen Kilometern Entfernung kann man mit dem Auto Puerto del Carmen erreichen, mit typischer Strandpromenade. Tias liegt relativ zenral auf der Insel, sodass Ausflüge in alle Richtungen mit dem Mietwagen möglich sind. In der Unterkunft haben wir eigentlich nichts vermisst, auf Nachfrage waren auch Bereitstellung eine Kinderbetts und eines Hochstuhls kein Problem. In der Küche waren sämtliche Utensilien vorhanden, sodass wir auch hier nichts vermisst haben. Mit Kleinkind war auch die Waschmaschine von Vorteil. Der Pool war super! Temperaturen im Haus waren jederzeit, v.a. auch nachts angenehm, trotz dass es ausserhalb tagsüber sehr warm war. Alles in allem sehr entspannt und erholsam. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Lovely villa in a quiet spot with great accessibility

Dolores, who met us and allowed us to check in early, was very friendly and helpful and provided local information and a lovely local bottle of wine. The villa is well equipped, clean and spacious. The pool area is great but the pool equipment could do with updating just to assist guests with keeping it clean during their stay. The location is great, especially if you have a car, we didn't but the local buses and taxis are regular. It's a nice quiet little town with a few tapas bars, if you want tourist hussle and bussle, Puerto Del Carmen isn't far. We walked one day which was interesting, take a bottle of water but don't take children as it's like a desert haha. Perfect for us as a couple just wanting to relax by the pool for the week. Equally if you have children, the pool area is large with indoor and outdoor dining too. The only issue we was the heat at night so a couple of fans for the bedrooms would be my only suggestion to improve the experience. Overall, a wonderful booking and would recommend (certainly in cooler months!) :-)
