This bright apartment, located 3 minutes drive from the beach and the promenade of Puerto del Carmen, can accommodate 2 people and is ideal for couples and business trips, as it has 1GB Fibre Wifi Internet, ideal for teleworking. It has a large double bedroom two single beds that can be joined or separated, according to preference, and a bathroom with shower. It has a fully equipped kitchen open to the cosy living-dining room, with a comfortable sofa, 50" Smart TV and access to the nice terrace of the flat where you can have lunch, relax and enjoy the sun, while contemplating the sea views. In addition, the residential complex in which it is located, has a communal swimming pool, open all year round, so you can swim and sunbathe during your holidays.
