A circular hiking trail (approx. 3.2 km) around the lake invites you to take a walk. The property is approx. 2000 m² in size and offers many beautiful spots for barbecuing, sunbathing or sitting around the campfire. Several fruit trees tempt you with their culinary delights throughout the year. The house is divided into 2 residential units.
