<br>Our vacation home is located about 70 km north of Berlin, in the heart of the beautiful Uckermark region, on a 500 m² natural property nestled among towering pine forests and countless lakes. Access is via a quiet cul-de-sac with little traffic, making it very child-friendly. Just 100 m away lies the crystal-clear Lübbesee (a great spot for anglers), which is perfect for a morning swim. On its shore is a natural swimming area with a new floating dock and a bench for guests of all ages. A rowboat is available free of charge for our guests. The spa town of Templin, with its thermal baths, and the Western-themed town of El Dorado are about a 15-minute drive away, where countless shops, stores, and restaurants invite you to linger.<br> The paths and roads are also well-developed for cyclists (Europaradweg). In the fall, mushroom hunters will be in their element, as alongside chestnuts, chanterelles, birch mushrooms, and crested milk caps, there are massive porcini mushrooms just waiting to be picked. Ideal for nature lovers seeking peace and relaxation. <br><br>The vacation home has a living area of 65 m² and is laid out as follows: 40 m² on the first floor and 25 m² in the attic, which is accessible via a separate spiral staircase (low ceiling height: 1.60 m).On the first floor, you’ll find a modern kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), and a living room with a sleeper sofa, a wood-burning stove, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and access to the 25 m² covered outdoor terrace with cozy wicker furniture. In the attic area (Adlernest), there are two additional sleeping areas (0.90 x 2.00 m / 1.40 x 2.00 m), cool beanbag chairs, a dresser, and satellite TV. <br>In the summer, an air conditioner is available free of charge to our guests to create a pleasant atmosphere in the “Adlernest.”<br>The cold season (winter) also has its charms—spend the day strolling through the snow or skating a few laps on the frozen Lübbesee.
