I loved my time here! The employees were so professional and so quick to answer all the questions I had! I forgot the mans name that worked the day I checked in but he was very polite and gave me a lot of options for stuff to do and the lady with blond hair that was a bartender she was so sweet and nice and so loving! I love the staff and I’ll be staying here everytime I come to visit!

Stayed there while attending childs soccer tournament. Hotel is well located a short 10 min walk to old town Temecula. The hotel had a laundry machines on site which were very convenient to wash child's soccer uniform. Nice lobby area with bar and happy hour. Only draw back is that you are still charged a nightly parking fee on top of your reservation

On the upside, the property was clean and staff were absolutely wonderful. They have a great happy hour as well. Down sides, I paid extra for a pool view and got a corner unit with only the view of pool chairs. The pool was also not heated so it was a complete waste of amenities. No hot tub.

Family soccer trip

Front desk was very friendly and helpful, got good selection of beverages on the mini store could’ve had more choices for quick food. But overall was definitely a great stay for me and my kids, we will definitely book again if we’re around the area. Highly recommnded.

No sound proofing

Our hotel room on the 2nd floor had zero aound proofing. We heard the TV from the outside patio through the closed window all night. The next morning, at the crack of dawn, we heard doors and cabinets slam below us and then heard people at the breakfast buffet. It was like the walls and floor were made of paper!
