Very good property. Easy access to shopping and dining. Fresh looking rooms just a minor issue with a loose shower head that you couldn’t tighten and had to hold with shower head while showering. Reported to management on checkout.

Great views of the lake

Our lovely host greeted us and she was friendly and approachable. There was a problem with our hot water in the unit - we had none, but this was quickly sorted. The view of the lake was gorgeous. We were walking distance to the restaurants. The bed was comfy and the spa bath was a bonus.

Privacy an issue on the rooms facing street. Somewhat rundown condition of the whole property i.e. big scrapes of wallpaper missing and unfixed. Water run cold and barely ran hot.

Great location, basic cleanliness was good. Had everything we needed for a one night stay. But look a bit closer and you see that deep clean items like the extractor fan vent, light shade etc. Could do with some cleaning. Could do with a refit, but still good value for money given the close proximity to town and the waterfront.

Great, close to town, well priced and amazing facilities. Staff were very helpful in finding a park as I had a jetski in tow. Definitely would stay again. Next time we are back in taupo we will be looking to stay here.
