The staff were lovely and helpful. The poolside room was very convenient and great after the water activities we did. There wasn't enough parking spaces for all the cars on our first night there but otherwise, we loved it!

Building is old and in borderline condition but clean large rooms. Good internet. No restaurant at hotel. Limited restaurants in nearby hotels. We did not use the pool or lake front. Parking is limited. Better to stay in downtown area.

Excellent and Friendly Serivces

The staff and reception are friendly. Check in is fast. We have 3 adults and 1 kid in my family. They offer us a free upgrade to a much larger and luxury room because they said the room we booked may be too small for 4 people. They are so kind and considerate.
