Superb new home (2012) Contemporary bungalow at the gates of the Landes and the Basque Country, in a quiet location 4 km from the sea and 500 m from all amenities (shops, restaurants, banks, cinema, transport .. .).
You will find:
- 2 comfortable rooms with bed 140m, cupboards
- An office with sofa that converts into a bed for 2 people + extra bed
- Large living room with lounge and dining room (large windows) + fireplace for winter
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Utility room with washing machine and dryer
- Bathroom has walk-in shower and bath.
Surrounded by 2 terraces with table, parasol and garden furniture + barbecue and garden with kitchen garden.
A catalog of activities and entertainment will be available as well as many games and reading.
Ideally located close to the sea and mountains between the Basque coast and the Landes coast just outside Biarritz-Hossegor-Capbreton and their respective town centers with shops, restaurants, markets.
Bayonne is a 5 minute drive.
Capbreton, Hossegor and large Landes beaches are 15 minutes.
Spain and the Basque coast are to 15 minutes.

Maison dans un endroit calme et bien située (proche autoroute, plages et commerces). Belle décoration faisant voyager. La partie bureau est une bonne idée avec choix de livres et bandes dessinées. La partie pergola très agréable également. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Séjour un peu court malheureusement.
