Guam reefiew!

Stayed at the Reef for 3 months! No complaints, has a super friendly staff, and the location is perfect for beach access and right in the middle of all the street front shopping. Best bang for your buck you can find.

I like the 5 gallon water dispenser in the room. However, the windows in all areas of the building was so dirty and sad that we couldn't take pictures through the windows. There was no wash cloth available, only hand and bath towels. We stayed in a room for handicap, however, the set up was very inconvenient such as the sink to wash hands was outside of the actual bathroom and it was near a bed. There was no iron or hairdryer readily availble in the room so we had to call for it. We also had to get toilet paper from a supply table located in the hallway because no extras were provided in the room. There was not enough lighting near the sink. An outlet or charging station near the beds would have been nice. I had to unplug a lamp to use an outlet. No parking tickets were given to identify guest vehicles using the property parking stalls so basically anyone could park there. The front desk staff were the only ones who were super friendly.

ご参考までに

こちらのホテルに初めて３泊しました。 立地は中心部で大変便利 ベランダからの景色も最高でした。 トイレはウッシュレットです。 ★掃除について 清掃カードを掛けていたにも関わらす、清掃がされませんでした。 フロントに伝えて、急遽掃除をしてもらいました。 驚いたのが、翌日です。 夜にホテルに戻りましたが 同じように清掃がされていませんでした。 フロントに確認したところ 清掃員が見逃したらしく？ソーリーの一点張り ホテルで2日も見逃すことがあるのかと疑問でした。 結局タオルだけ交換してもらいました。 それ以前に、床はホコリだらけでしっかりと掃除がされてないことが分かります。 ★バスルームに極小の虫が多くいます。 南国ですのであるあるかと思いましたが、 虫嫌いな方は無理かもしれません。 ★夜は謎のフラッシュ現象がおこります。 その度に起こされます。 他の部屋の方に聞いたところ、同じように起こるそうです。。。
