We stayed here for a cruise and checked out at 11 am we were to check into port at 1230. The boat was delayed due to fog and the hotel accomidated everyone in the lobby for hours and even arranged transportation at 11 at night for everyone

Staff was very kind and accommodating with one sad exception when I was talked to by a front desk agent without finishing eating and truly not willing to assist. A first-time experience and honestly taken back by it. Full mouth, chewing and even taking another bite while answering my inquiry in a rather limited way. Just sad, as all other staff members have been super nice and eager to please. Otherwise, a nice hotel and much better than I had expected and I enjoyed my stay.

The staff here was amazing, very helpful and kind. Our room was clean and spacious. Within walking distance to many things. Breakfast was good and couldn’t beat the free shuttle to the cruise port. Will definitely stay again if we’re in the Tampa area!
