Excellent room, 2 Queen. CLEAN. Well laid-out. Stayed 3 eves. Even microwave (now on each floor) was well maintained on our 4th fl. (get this...(clean as a whistle" !!) Terrific, helpful front desk. The Restaurant & Bar- 5 stars. Food was superior. No junk. Ate there 3 times! Breakfast looked very good but had to by-pass due to our schedule. Shuttle service just super - both times -to Car rental & TPA Airport. Would stay again next time when visiting FL cousins. Thank you Holiday Inn!

Water puddle forms in front on shower because the curtain doesn't stop water from spilling out making it a hazardous condition. Room temperature was cold and could not control air to hot setting. Iron is on timer, shutting off and causing added water to stop steaming and wetting the clothe. Only one coffee cup provided & when called front desk I was asked to "go down to get one". Breakfast is over-priced & was not included I was rudely told I could not bring it up to the room. This place is unaccommodating, cold, rude and NOT WORTH THE STAY!

The check-in process could have been better. I attempted to check in at the designated 3:00 PM time, but there were no clean rooms available, so I had to wait on a list for a room to become ready. The room itself was clean; however, hot water was not consistently available. Hot water was present during the early morning hours, but as the day went on, the water would only get warm. I also attempted to use the pool, but the water was unusually warm, making it impossible to cool off during the warm weather. Overall, the hotel was not the worst, but it was also not the best. Due to the issues mentioned above, I do not think I would stay here again in the future.

We were very happy with our short stay before embarking for our cruise. The hotel has free shuttle from TPA. Visitors can use the courtesy phone in the airport upon arrival to call the hotel for the shuttle pick up. This was extremely helpful as we only had esim data but no actual voice or phone call capability. The room was clean and spacious. There were pool, gym, free shuttle service to the International plaza or another nearby plaza for shopping and food. We were a bit rushed and didn't use the services. The breakfast had limited choices but fresh and adequate. There were other outside shuttle that charged $10/person to transfer to our cruise terminal. The reception staff especially Liza was very helpful. Thank you very much for the enjoyable stay.

Its should state Breakfast is 17.99 plus tax not included..limits choices and aervices was subpar. PARKING is paid for guests 12.00 to 20.00 a day..Housekeeping very noisy and loud while in the hallways and need to double check floors and supplies.

This hotel is in a convenient area near restaurants shops etc right on a main thoroughfare and is a brand new structure. i enjoyed the free parking and the easy access to the street and business activities. I dood stay here any time.

The water was cold for my three night stay. We called front desk, they sent maintenance on three different occasions. The water would be hot while maintenance was there then quickly get cold again. I told the front desk upon checkout and their response to me was I need to juggle the handle.
