I would prefer a no pets policy. Allergies here, and pets should be kept at pet facilities. This location was remodeling, so there was some nasty hallways and elevators, but the room was good. The breakfast area was kept beautifully well.

Great staff. We stayed 3 nights. They were doing renovations so I assume including new beds. Our first bed was too soft. Staff changed room and made up for inconvenience by offering points . Good breakfast.

They have the nicest staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was very good and offered a variety of items. The rooms were spacious and the blackout rolldown shades were amazing. Could have been a little cleaner, but overall, very pleased.

The property was “under construction” but we didn’t see a single person working in construction in the 5 day we were there. Trashcans near elevators were disgusting covered in food and overflowing. Food and paper on floors in front of our room for 5 days- guess they don’t have housekeeping?There was one lovely staff member that was so sweet and bright and cheerful but the rest clearly hate what they do. Poorly managed and not what I expected from a holiday inn.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was great with a nice variety of things. Lobby was nice and clean. Once we got off the elevator towards the room it smelled kind of musky. Bed was comfortable and i appreciated that there were no carpet in the room. However, our bed cover had faint stains and our pillows had no covers. We only rented for one night because we were attending a family function. Since we arrived late to the room and we were exhausted, we didn’t realize the stains and missing pillow cases until we woke up this morning. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it was the best.
