We checked in for a cruise and they shuttled us over on Saturday. When we got off the ship on Thursday that shuttled us back to the hotel and because we had a late flight stored our luggage and gave us access to the pool for the day. They also arranged for a taxi to the airport.

The staff was excellent Taisha was very attentive to all my questions and respond very quickly. We got to the hotel earlier than our checking and she was able to get us a room so that for me was A plus the hotel itself was excellent the surroundings everything the dining walking distance from the river park small shops we even encounter eating festival.
