Nestled in a gated community in Lutz, this second‑floor retreat offers room to gather while still giving each guest a personal place to relax.
Sleeping arrangements
Four queen bedrooms each open onto its own full bathroom, providing private bathroom access for every bedroom. The layout comfortably sleeps eight, with fresh linens and essentials ready for a relaxed stay.
Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen and dining area sit at the heart of the home, inviting you to prepare simple meals or quick bites before heading out. A small patio off the living room offers a quiet outdoor spot for a coffee break or a sunset drink, and a BBQ grill is available for casual grilling.
Living space & work
The generous living area anchors the home, encouraging conversation and easy flow between the kitchen and dining space. A dedicated workspace and reliable wifi keep you connected for remote work or planning the day’s adventures, while a TV provides low‑key entertainment in the evenings.

Conveniently located near USF, Busch Gardens, MOSI, and several local parks, the unit places you close to Tampa’s top attractions while remaining tucked inside a quiet residential neighborhood. Major roadways nearby make traveling around the area simple.
Access and parking
Self‑check‑in with a smart lock gives you exclusive access to the entire unit. Free parking is provided on the premises in visitor‑labeled spaces on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
Pet‑friendly
The home welcomes pets, making it easy for families traveling with furry companions. Whether you’re staying for a short visit or an extended stay, this space offers a comfortable base for families and groups looking to settle in and enjoy the area at their own rhythm.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
