Sleeping arrangements
Four queen bedrooms each open onto a private full bathroom, giving every guest their own space to refresh. The beds are comfortably sized for a restful night, and the layout keeps the bedrooms quiet and separate from the main living zone.
Living & outdoor space
The spacious living area comfortably seats the whole family, with a cozy sofa and a TV for evening wind‑down. A small patio off the living room offers outdoor seating for two, ideal for morning coffee or a quiet moment under the sky. Community amenities include a pool, clubhouse lounge, fitness center, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and a grill area for casual cook‑outs.
Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need to prepare simple meals, and a breakfast nook provides a sunny spot for casual dining. A dedicated dining area lets you gather around the table to share meals and conversation.
Neighborhood & convenience
The unit sits on the second floor of a gated community guarded for your peace of mind. You’re just five minutes from the University of South Florida, eight minutes from MOSI, and a short drive to Busch Gardens Tampa, Takomah Trail Park, and Lettuce Lake Park. A nearby gym adds extra flexibility for staying active.
Guest access & parking
You will have exclusive access to the entire home and all community amenities during your stay. Three visitor parking spots are available on a first‑come‑first‑serve basis, clearly labeled “Visitor.”

You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
