Hadana Boutique Resort Hoi An
"Please note this is based on my personal experience and is shared to help others make an informed decision. First Impressions We travelled to Vietnam as a family for a two week holiday and chose Hoi An as one of our bases. We arrived quite late in the evening and despite the hour, our first impression was a positive one. The hotel lobby was clean and welcoming, and the staff made the check in process quick and straightforward, which after a long journey was exactly what we needed. The Rooms Before getting into everything else, it is worth noting that we actually stayed in two different rooms during our time at the hotel. We started on the 6th floor in a Deluxe Room with a King Bed and balcony overlooking the city, and were later upgraded to a Senior Deluxe Double Balcony room on the 5th floor, also with a city view, as a lovely gesture for my birthday. Both rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the suite naturally offering a little more room including a sofa bed. I have to be honest, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. A genuine and heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Hadana Boutique Resort. They played a huge part in making our stay as memorable as it was. We were even treated to a cake for each of our birthdays during the trip, which was a wonderfully thoughtful touch. A particular mention goes to the customer relations representative at the hotel who, though he preferred not to be named, was truly exceptional."
