Long-term renters welcome. For guests' safety, the property includes a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, and a first aid kit in each accommodation. The property is professionally cleaned. At check-in, guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 10 and up; guests must have received their complete COVID-19 vaccination at least 12 days prior to check-in.

• The seasonal pool will open in October and close in March.
